Wells Fargo & Company Monterey, CA
project completed ahead of schedule!
Hallmark Construction completes a Wells Fargo & Company project at Ryan Ranch ahead of schedule allowing them to move up their relocation of its local commercial and community banking from Salinas to a renovated building at
50 Ragsdale Drive in Monterey, CA.
Hallmark's client was The Muller Company who acquired the Ryan Ranch Business Park in 2006.
Hallmark worked with representatives of Wells Fargo and The Muller Company to completely renovate the interior for the new Wells Fargo offices which included an open office area, mulitple executive offices, a training room and a large conference room.
Hallmark Construction worked with The Muller Company to complete the project within budget and weeks ahead of schedule. Along with the Wells Fargo tenant improvements, Hallmark refurbished the building elevator, lobby, life/safety systems and existing bathroom cores. Concurrently, numerous tenant improvements were completed for The Muller Company at another building within Ryan Ranch.
Sue Lewis, Wells Fargo Bank Community President for Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties, was pleased with not only the quality of workmanship, but how Hallmark Construction’s management team and superintendent were able to deliver this project ahead of schedule. Ms. Lewis said of Hallmark, “I want to thank the team of The Muller Company,
in particular property manager Stephanie Mathis,
the Architectural firm of Wald, Ruhnke and Dost,
and our General Contractor, Hallmark Construction
for having our new Wells Fargo offices completed ahead
of schedule. The space, design and construction creates an
excellent work environment for Wells Fargo at our new
location. Thank you!" |
