Hallmark Construction Builds New Home for Diamond Systems Corp.

Hallmark Construction, a leading builder of office and R&D spaces in the Silicon Valley, has completed construction of Diamond Systems Corporation’s new headquarters.

Santa Clara, California – March 17, 2011 – Northern California’s leading general contractor, Hallmark Construction, announced Thursday the company has completed construction of new corporate offices for Diamond Systems Corp. “This project was on a fast-track schedule and faced a dynamic program design,” said Hallmark’s project manager, Kenji Ohkawa. “We met with the owner and architect often to make sure we incorporated all the changes while staying on schedule,” Ohkawa continued.

The 25,000 square foot plus space was completely renovated, including the build-out of new individual offices, an attractive conference room as well as a sizeable manufacturing area. Work on the two acre site also included landscape improvements as well as ADA upgrades to make the building more wheelchair accessible.

Diamond Systems Corp. has already moved from its current location at 1255 Terra Bella Avenue in Mountain View into its new office at 555 Ellis Street in Mountain View. While the company didn’t move far, the new site represents more than a 50% increase in space. As it has done for twenty-five years, Hallmark delivered an appealing space where one of Silicon Valley’s leading tech companies will develop tomorrow’s innovations.
