U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC) sustainable standards. Hallmark Construction has been a corporate member of the USGBC since 2004 and we have completed successful LEED^® certified projects.

Hallmark promotes sustainable practices such as recycling demolition waste, controlling storm water runoff during construction, installing ENERGY STAR equipment and lighting and utilizing low volatile organic compounds (VOC) materials.
